Policies

The Kneading Spirit is a professional massage therapy business. Clients are treated with respect and dignity, and all personal information is kept strictly confidential. Information is collected only to determine the best and most appropriate way to alleviate the client’s ailments. Draping procedures are used at all times and clients are encouraged to dress down to their personal level of comfort. Draping concerns, should be discussed with the therapist in advance.

New Clients

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your massage. This allows time to complete the intake forms and discuss any ideas or concerns before beginning your service.

Payments

Payment is due before services are rendered. If you would like to pay by debit/credit card, you will need to use an app like Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay. I also accept PayPal, but there is a small fee. I am happy to barter services for equal compensation.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours in advanced prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation penalty. Cancellation of services less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $25. Payment must be received before additional services are rendered. Sexual Misconduct Policy

The Kneading Spirit maintains a strict sexual misconduct policy. Any illicit, sexually aggressive remark, gesture, or advance will result in an immediate termination of service; without refund.
